1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Fzyrk website and products (including the Resume Builder), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our platform for personal and professional career-related purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of our platform for commercial gain without our express written consent.

3. User Data & Content

You retain full ownership and copyright of any resume content, text, or files you create on Fzyrk. Since our free tier uses local browser storage, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your resumes. Fzyrk is not responsible for any data loss resulting from browser storage clearance or device failure.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Billing for Pro or Team plans is processed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing tiers with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our tools will guarantee job offers, secure interviews, or be error-free.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Chennai, India.
